<![CDATA[Is it possible to add Windyty onto ESRI Portal?]]>I have currently setup a system where we track vessels in the Indian / Atlantic Ocean, I was wondering if its possible to be able to add the Windyty as a basemap so that we can view our vessels overlayed. currently using ArcServer / desktop / viewer 10.3.1 and will be upgrading to 10.4.1 soon.

you can use our API, it is available at api.windyty.com. You can use it in similar way as fastseas did.
