How to set rain forecast alert for specific location?

Hi,
I want to set up rain forecast alert for a specific location?
e.g. If i want to know if it going to have accumulated rain of say 10mm over 3 hours at specific location over any time during the forecast horizon, how do i do it? -

Just enable rain in the alert and set your desired timeframes.
