Weird blur on map [Android]

Hello,

I'm using a Huawei P8 with 6.0 Android, when I'm starting the app for a second I can see normal map, and then layers like "Wind", "Clouds", "Waves" make this blur or something. Trying solve this problem in app settings and couple times reinstalled app.
