Re-arrange Favorite List

Hi I cannot drag and drop layers onto my home page, I can pick them and move them but cannot make them stick.

Hi,
You need to drop the layer icon over the other ones and then to change the order in the list if necessary.

There is a direct way. You have to target & hit the orange '============' row to drop.
