You can expand coverage of this (http://www.simepar.br/prognozweb/simepar/radar_msc), which is currently excluding the city of São Paulo. On this website (which is a mosaic of radars), there is this radar in the upper right corner next to São Paulo.

This other link (https://www.saisp.br/cgesp/radarIntens.jpg) is from the same São Paulo radar, but only covers the city of São Paulo (Update 5 mins)

Sao Paulo Radar. Add current coverage (Updates every 15 minutes in dry weather and 5 minutes when it's raining). Sometimes it is necessary to press F5 to open the page, and to access the radar, click on the blue icon and then on the radar (as in the image).

I know the second link (to NCM of UAE) from before. Problem with their data is that they (NCM) don't allow any usage, even commercially (paid).
