      Good morning, I paid windy premium for 1 year last 05 January 2024, but from about some days, premium looks like no operating.
      Initially the user was Hansjorg Stainemann, today I change it with my name, Alessandro Epifani.
      The mail is: my2023yawen@gmail.com
      Can you arrange this issue?

        @Yawen-2 Hi there, I checked an account under this email and it is a free account and there never hasn't been any subscription. Could be possible that you assigned your Premium with a different email address?
