    Decrease precip threshold to 0.2mm

      Just a suggestion: the current minimum threshold of 1.5mm for 3-hourly rain/snow map (and 5mm for the accumulation maps and 8cm for snow accumulation) means light precipitation such as areas of light showers often don't show up on Windyty forecasts.

      If the threshold was lowered to say 0.2 or 0.1mm which are common standard thresholds for measuring observed precipitation, it would fix this issue.
