New windy during rearrangements all icons shake a lot, can this be reduced or by other means indicate that we are in 'rearrangement mode'. Drives me crazy :D

@rvantwisk, well 1st of all,i scrapped firefox due to graphical issues long time ago...no puns intended...
considering myself , old as a joshua tree, with eyes that tribles (diplopia with an extra twist ) when glearing to the left ( which have given me troublesome but also some fun mirages when angling my caput cerebri) using a 70 '' tv screen, i have to use my browsers zoom function at 175x to be able to target this play of huntingtonian disease ballpit, so here you have my tip.....
