Paid for Premium but don't have Premium

I have an active subscription to Premium which is paid through my Google account, but I don't have access to Premium features and don't have the Windy badge on my profile. It shows that I'm logged in and when I try to restore my purchase, I get a message that I'm already logged in. If I try to log in, the log in screen drops down and disappears. How can I get the Premium features I've paid for almost a year now? Frustrating that this app does not have any dedicated support for users to contact. Thanks in advance for any assistance.

@Suty Yes, sir. I can access the account online and on the phone, but the Premium emblem is not on my avatar letter and I don't have Premium features. There's also a gold icon on the screen that reads Go Premium. Thanks for your response.

@Joe-Diaz Hi, if you see the badge Go Premium, you cannot be logged in with this email account, I think you are logged in with joed*****8@gmail.com, which is not Premium.

@Suty Sorry for the delay in seeing your message and responding. I was traveling with out of town guests and didn't check back on this issue. Thank you for the advice and clarification. I logged in with the correct email address and the Premium features are now available. The gmail email address shows as the one veifired on the profile and I couldn't change it, but the premium features are now working. Really appreciate your assistance. Is there any way to change the email address on the profile to the one I used for the subscription?

I recently paid the $86 for the Windy Premium Account - which was gladly taken out of my Bank already. By mistake, I deleted the wrong weather account & now I can Log On but cannot get the Premium Feature's. Need help Please to restore the Premium License Feature's back onto my Account. Thank you, Steve M.

This sum is probably the subscription for another app with a blue logo, windy.app, which has nothing in common with Windy.com with a red logo.

Thank you for your time and help. Now I have the Premium Subscription for the correct (Red) Windy.com app. Maybe time to rethink about how many weather app's I have on my phone & desktop.
