Paid for Premium but don't have Premium

The Premium badge near your username here in the community shows you are Premium. But sometime the app asks you to subscribe. It is a glitch. -

@alguien-alberto What exactly the issue is? I see that your account, you used here to contact us, is Premium one. Do you have a problem with access on any other devices? I would recommend checking your email in that account.

I have paid for Premium as well but I have NO access to those features and it keeps asking me to upgrade.
I have tried to contact Windy but the only response was from their AI bot. This shouldn't be that hard. HELP!

@suty Hello, I recently purchased an Annual Premium Subscription, and the payment was successfully completed. However, my account still does not show Premium status, and I am unable to access Premium features.
