      The Premium badge near your username here in the community shows you are Premium. But sometime the app asks you to subscribe. It is a glitch.

            @alguien-alberto What exactly the issue is? I see that your account, you used here to contact us, is Premium one. Do you have a problem with access on any other devices? I would recommend checking your email in that account.

                  @Suty I have exacly the same issue. Paid annual subscription and no premium functions. Do I get a refund or someone will fix this? Thanks

                    I have paid for Premium as well but I have NO access to those features and it keeps asking me to upgrade.

                    I have tried to contact Windy but the only response was from their AI bot. This shouldn't be that hard. HELP!
