@alguien-alberto What exactly the issue is? I see that your account, you used here to contact us, is Premium one. Do you have a problem with access on any other devices? I would recommend checking your email in that account.

I have paid for Premium as well but I have NO access to those features and it keeps asking me to upgrade.
I have tried to contact Windy but the only response was from their AI bot. This shouldn't be that hard. HELP!
