Apple Watch won’t update or reload

Apple Watch 6, SE3 phone, all current updates. Watch would only show week old fcst. Deleted windy from watch/ phone. App Will not reload on watch.

When trying to reinstall app for Watch 6 on IPhone SE3, the app simply will not load. The install just spins until it times out. Ver 10.4 which is most current. -
@Bob-davallou Can you provide the screenshot of the issue? Is there a problem with widgets or app itself?

I have this problem as well. The complication seems to work, but the watch app itself won't load. Just spins.
Tried deleting, and reloading app, and it didn't seem to help.
