Unable to load a polygon (kml format)

I'm attempting to upload the polygon according to the image, but I'm encountering an issue with saving it because I can't disable the "Make data private" toggle. I've successfully done this before without being a premium user, but something seems to have changed since then.

Any suggestion is appreciated.

@alinevendra Yes, we changed this in the last update and now only Premium users can publicly share their files.
