Half screen

Hi, I only get a half screen of data, been like this for a long time but was normal, fullscreen, originally a year or more ago. This is a Vaio laptop with Windows 10 and Chrome. Always exactly 1/2 screen, upper half, not affected by zoom or pan or anything I can find... Thanks!

try to delete cache, this should help, if not let me know.
