Delete locations in location list

I have downloaded the latest version of Windy as of 5/17/2024. The solution to deleting favorites referenced above does not work. This is because my favorites list does not look like the one shown in the above solution. The attachment I included has a screenshot showing what I see. There is no delete button. Also, when I try to delete by long tapping a favorite location and get the pop-up to remove that individual favorite, it never removes it from the list and when I go back to the pop-up, it says: "Add to favorites" even though it was never removed after selecting "remove favorite." This is terribly frustrating and I have spent hours trying to resolve this. Can someone help me, please?`

@Surtr Hi, the history of searched locations is deleted automatically with new searches. There is no way how to handle that manually.
