          @Suty I will screen shot the $18.99 charge processed through my bank. PayPal reimbursed me for the double billing this year, last the same thing happened and I just blew it off. Such a hassle to contact your company

                And if the mistake is on YOUR end, why is it our responsibility to fix it. You guys should fix it. I keep getting a message to download premium- then it throws me back to fastsprings over charged me and to contact them for a refund. At this point I just want Windy to work right- it's what I paid for. I am upset with Windy!!!!! Windy can deal with fastsprings. I am part of the Humboldt Tuna Club with over 3000 members- and fish the west coast and belong to a lot of fishing groups with members that use Windy. WINDY please take care of the problem.

                    It would be nice to be able to use the program without the download app on the screen and the services I want unavailable. Also- clearly "Suty" I was told to contact the admin- it appears I was double charged and it would be nice to get some help=
