Cancel my subscription

Hi there... I'm trying to cancel my subscription (for now, might be back) but when I try to login to fastspring I am not getting the email. I changed my mail address to a gmail.com but that doesn't help either. Please help, thanks.

Ik tracht mijn gratis proefabonnement gestart gisteren maar krijg geen keuzeknop om te annuleren . Enkel een knop met alle mogelijke abonnementen
