    Logging into account (for premium; subscription running) impossible

      Hello

      The app logged me out from one moment to the next. Now I can‘t login anymore in the app. I resetted the password but no change. Logging into my account on the website works. Subscribed until 24/07/24 so this should not be the problem.

      Does anyone know a solution?

        @René-Wersand Hi, if you have any device which is logged into your Premium account, please check your user info there. That email address, you find, is your key to your Premium account on the rest of devices.
