Unable to manage subscription

When I try to use "manage my subscription" I get sent to the Apple subscription page. I subscribed through windy.com and not Apple so my subscription doesnt show up. How can I cancel or alter my subscription without going through Apple?

@kelpdiver Hi, we use three options how to purchase our Premium and it varies in the platform, where you made the purchase, AppStore, Google Play and Fastspring for our web app.
You purchased the Premium on AppStore, so that is the reason why you are redirected there.

@Suty It doesnt show up as a active subscription in the app store. Is this a auto renewing subscription? If so I need a way to cancel auto renew. Thanks for your help.

@kelpdiver I checked your purchase on our end, and you have purchased one time Premium for a year, so there is no auto-renewal.
