No alerts/notifications on iPhone app

Hi, I have not managed to receive any alerts since I use the app. Today I discovered following error message which might be the issue? Thanks

I tried different alerts, right now I only have one very simple one, which is as well not working. Thanks for looking into it!

@nekman Okay, I already forwarded your issue to colleague, however he needs also the screenshot from the app, more specifically Menu --> Error console --> Native apps --> Check notif permissions. It should look like this:
