bought premium, but didn't get it..

Sadly I didn't receive any response from my emails, so here is a copy of them:
Hello, so I just paid for the premium with paypal but I found out after that I never created an account.
I think therefore the premium membership is not activated correctly.

I can see that your account does not have Premium access.
You will need to restore your purchase by following the steps below:- Open the Windy.com app and log in with your account
- Open the subscription offer and click on “restore purchases.”
This action should assign the Premium to your account, and you can use it across your devices.
