I am trying to determine what the pressure is, High or low, in the no wind zones, Blue/purple.? I have made mistakes telling a boat that there is no wind in that zone and they reported crazy winds. I know there are troughs and ridges of pressure where the winds go in and out. I want to give good advice. I am also a member and a receiving station for Marine Traffic.

I guess you talk about Wind layer and Wind accumulation layer (which is the max gusts field over a time period)

Do you want to know what is the atmospheric pressure in areas of no wind ?
Just tick Pressure to see the pressure isolines = isobars.
Or switch to the Pressure layer.

        They reported crazy winds

Did you check all models available in your area ?
