Display "Track Forecast Cones" for Warnings

Hello everyone.
This post is from the continental USA.
On the Map, please add actual National Weather Service Warnings Forecast Cones to the "Weather Warnings" layer. This layer only seems to show Watches on the map and not actual Warnings.

A "Forecast Cone" extending from the storm cell in question would be nice too.

Also, please add the ability to have more than one layer on at a time. Example is to have the animated radar map layered over the watch box map.
