Hello all,
I'm new and I have a wonder. What are the differences between these?
Generally, when I see two apps with a similar name, then I think that one of them is a scam. The scam relies on the good name of the original and assumes that people won't closely examine the similar named application. Which one is for suckers?

@jonsterling SAME HERE, seems like someone could get that resolved somehow, how did Apple allow that! I too just sent a message out here on the same subject, does Windy.com have a support email address, I'll have to double check.
