Bring back the satellite view with no smooth animation

I would like to say how disspointed i am with the removal of the sattelite view with no smooth (no animated view). One explanation Windy ssaid to me is that most people didn't use no smooth view. But what windy administrators did not take into account is that the smootth sattelite view was the defualt option. To use use the no smooth sattelite view users had to navigate to submenus and disable it. What lead to smooth view to be the most used.
That's not the first time windy remove a good and useful feature. They seem to take account the deveoper taste and don't take in cosidaration there are several ussers that apreciate that feature.My question is, Is it so hard or costly to keep that option alive ?
