Windy tells me to update payment method but has charged me twice already...

Windy.com continues to email me to update my payment method and threatens to close my Premium subscription yet has taken two payments out of my account with no receipt or renewal of my subscription.
I have emailed them twice to no response and now have to make this damn post because it is near impossible to get hold of anyone at Windy.com...
If anyone from Windy reads this please either reimburse me for one or both transactions. At this stage I do not care if I continue using the platform if this is going to be a yearly headache...
Also please send receipts of the deduction and reimbursement as I need to settle my own accounts.

@CP-RIO HI there, I found only one of your payments, which is still active and you have this purchase assigned to your account. There are no other payments from from your end. If you think you paid more than one Premium, please provide something to prove it.
