Failed to authorize Windy API key Error

In a single case, on a customer laptop, when he activates windy he gets the below error:
"
Not authorized to Windy API: Cannot connect to Windy
Check out the Map Forecast API documentation
Or visit....
"This is the first time I'm facing this since the day I started using windy...what might causing the issue? a firewall at his end?
In all other terminals that has been tested works as expected...
Any ideas how to resolve this?
