Duplicated Payment for Subscrition - Still not Premium Account

I've a duplicate payment for the subscription made today, how can I request for the refund of one of the transactions?

Thanks for the quick reply, I will send all the info by email. I have already received the cancellation of one payment (nice) but, but he subscription is still not active. Since I am sending the emails from mobile I will forward you the emails from Paypal independently.Kind regards,

@zpmartins I already saw all emails from you. I confirmed the refund and also sent instructions how to assign your Premium to your account.
