Ability to go to the latest radar image

I may have missed this feature or just be unsure on how to do it, but it would be nice to be able to click a button and it take you directly to the latest radar image, where you could move forward and backward in time from that point.

When you open the Radar layer, you automatically get the latest image of the radar loop.
