Paid for Premium but don't have Premium

You should have the Premium feature as you have the Premium badge next to your username here.
What feature is missing ?
Or do you have several accounts? -
I have paid for premium, and up until a couple of days ago, I had access. Now it has dropped off. My credit card changed, but I believe my annual renewal date was in july or august

@Dave-Ferguson-2 What email exactly do you use? I see that your username is Dave Ferguson 2 and email address is sk****v8@gmail.com, but there is also an account with username Dave Ferguson, email address mean*****68@gmail.com and that is the Premium account.
So I am thinking if can be possible that you use two accounts unintentionally.

I use the skipprdv8 mail address. My card was charged in December for my annual access. I had premium up until a couple of days ago.

@Dave-Ferguson-2 Hi, there has never been a paid account under that email address. I am sorry about that. Did you use Windy.com with the red logo, I am asking since there are other apps that can be misinterpreted as ours but they are not and there there is a confusion.
I am afraid that we can't help you if you don't provide any invoice or confirmation email about the purchase.
