Paid for Premium but don't have Premium

I have paid for premium, and up until a couple of days ago, I had access. Now it has dropped off. My credit card changed, but I believe my annual renewal date was in july or august

@Dave-Ferguson-2 What email exactly do you use? I see that your username is Dave Ferguson 2 and email address is sk****v8@gmail.com, but there is also an account with username Dave Ferguson, email address mean*****68@gmail.com and that is the Premium account.
So I am thinking if can be possible that you use two accounts unintentionally.

I use the skipprdv8 mail address. My card was charged in December for my annual access. I had premium up until a couple of days ago.

@Dave-Ferguson-2 Hi, there has never been a paid account under that email address. I am sorry about that. Did you use Windy.com with the red logo, I am asking since there are other apps that can be misinterpreted as ours but they are not and there there is a confusion.
I am afraid that we can't help you if you don't provide any invoice or confirmation email about the purchase.

Yes. Thank you. I get it. I have a new problem. I log in here with Google account. I’m trying to change the password and log in with password and email. At the app it shows that “Password was successfully changed” but when I enter email and pass on laptop it shows “wrong password”.

Normally I might be Premium member but I can't find my expire date and maybe I'm not anymore Premium .
Please let me know whether or not I'm still premium and if you could reply on my mail thierryheuze@gmail.com that would be great.
Anyway, I want to keep going being Premium but no way to find out the internet page to pay.

@Lawrence-8 I checked your Premium and you have active Premium subscription until July 21, 2025 and you also have active auto-renewal.
