Absolute newby. I need help with Point Forecast API

Hi.
I need some waves data for an art project.
I am absolutely new to api and collecting data.
I have a trial api key, but don't understand how to program it in.
Does anyone have a html file that could show me the way.
I want some waves height and swell from a point in the Mediterranean Sea.
Can someone please point me in the right direction?

@markus-knoedel Hi, did you check tutorials and docs on api.windy.com? Unfortunately, I am afraid that you need some basics in programming to get data from our API.

@Suty Hi, I am not good at programming. But I am very good in copy - adapt and paste. That is, why I am looking for a file that I could adapt. I just need some waves data from a spot in the sea. And then I want to use this data in an art project. Nothing fancy. But I don't have enough knowledge to get there myself.
