Problems with my webcam image updating

after a few weeks with no problems, my cam is not updating since 2 days ago without any changes or issues with it.

Could you help me with this problem?

More information that I've detected just now.

The URL https://webcams.windy.com/webcams/stream/1715343359 is pointing to https://rtsp.me/embed/ny5He35r/ instead to https://www.ipcamlive.com/6636244321dbc.

The good URL is ipcamlive. I suppose that I changed the streaming URL by mistake.

How can I change the URL to the good one?
