I’m Trying to Update My Payment Method and Your System won’t let Me.

As I’m trying to renew my subscription with an updated credit card your, however, system keeps rejecting my input and is telling me to contact you. But doesn’t give me a clue as to who to contact. My subscription ends today! ☹

Hello @milamjdm1, we are aware of this issue with Fastspring, as a provider of subscription management service. We contacted them directly to solve this as soon as possible, however, there is a delay in their feedback.
Personally I would recommend now waiting until the cancellation and if the issue persists, you can purchase a new subscription via our Android/iOS app since we use a different provider there.
