          @idefix37 yes, but I requested a refund because I could never access premium.

            @angyan09 Hi, I think we can help you with both, refund or assigning the Premium, in certain situation. However, I would need more info from you, at least invoice or screenshot of it and then we can move on. Also did you check the article, @idefix37 sent? Please let us know.
