Wecam approval process and feedback

Submitted two webcams 2 weeks ago and silence since then. Can't see anyway to know where in the process this is. Any clues as to how to get through this step?

Put in requests under my account, but couldn't find any reference to them after that.

Any updates or things I can do to get this progressed. Our helicopter rescue service has asked for this to be added if possible for determining flight profiles when doing rescues in this area.
