Multiple Weather Observations from Southeast Alaska are no longer shown. For example station FFIA2 and others along Stephens Passage are missing even though the stations are active.

@tpbrady Unfortunately, there is a certain issue on the end of user who send these webcams to Windy. We updated backend system in this and these stations don't send valid info according to new documentation.
