Auto renewal showing declined

Hi, my subscription is due to expire today. I received an email yesterday stating the auto renewal failed. My credit card is valid and has been used as recently as an hour ago. I have also tried to add another credit card which also came back as declined. I am located in Australia. Is there another way or renewing my subscription? The renewal is going via the fastspring platform. Thanks
