Two annual premium prices, what changes

hello, I would like to ask, there are two options for the premium one is the annual subscription at €20.99 and the other one that says buy a year one time payment 34.99, in the second option I will have it forever without asking me money every year?

- An annual subscription is a subscription that renews every year until you cancel.
- One-year is a one-time payment for a year for users who do not want to enter a subscription mode that renews yearly.
