Tired of not being able to use this

I got a notice that I needed to update to premium. I did. Then I got a notice that I wasn't due to update till november. They wanted me to ask Fast for a refund. Too complicated. But I can't make my premium work and so-??? What did I get for twice the money. I need a person to actually help me out- talk with me while I am on the computer trying to fix it-

@minnowpaws Hi there, I checked your account and you have the Premium assigned to your account and it is prepaid subscription until November, when it will be automatically renewed. So where exactly the issue is.
