      Hello !
      I encounter some issues with the alert notifications. I have read loads of posts here about this issue, but none seems to work for me.
      I've set multiples alert for multiple weather events as I've learned that all conditions set in the alert have to be met to receive the alert.
      I've done all the battery optimization thing to prevent my phone from killing windy, it's allowed to send notifications, and the pop up, email, and daily notification are turned on in the app.
      But no matter what I do, I receive no notification, either pop up or email. I just see the windy icon appearing in the notification bar for a second or two, then it vanishes.
      My phone is a Samsung Galaxy S21 FE running latest version of Android 14.
      What can I do to solve this issue ?
      Thanks !

        If you have set multiple alerts for multiple weather events, it cannot work. Yes it means that all conditions in the alert have to be met to receive the alert. So it means you have no chance to receive the alert !

        Setting an alert for x force of wind AND y height of rain AND z degrees of temperature …. gives a very low probability that the event occurs.
        So you must set only ONE parameter for example wind to get the alert at the location. And for a test choose a low level of wind.
        If you want to set several alerts at the same location the workaround is to place several Favorites close to the location. The ECMWF model has a 9km resolution, so if the points are 1km apart, it has no consequence.

          @idefix37 that's what I did ! One alert = one event. One alert for high temperature, another one for rain events, etc. Sorry for the confusion.

            @Alex-The-Lambda

            Did you ask for a mobile notification or an email?
            Remember when you set an alert you need to SAVE it.
            If you have a wind alert, set it now with a low speed. Then you should see this in you list of favorites even without notification :

            And in the point forecast of the location you should see these small bells

            Do you get that ?

                I asked for both mobile notifications and email. And I saved the alert.

                  @Alex-The-Lambda

                  OK so you get the alerts but not the notification nor the email.
                  Sorry I don’t why.
                  Hope an administrator can help you tomorrow.

                      Okay, I've checked notification history and the notification that vanishes a second or two after it appears is the "updating widget" one. Other that that, no notification.

                        It seems to work now ? I didn't do anything more since but today I received the alert notification, both mobile notification and email.
