But now I can access my account.windy.com and I have both an email field and a user name field, and have premium features in a browser at windy.com. But when I launch the windy app I do not have premium and when I try to log in I get an error message that either the email or password is incorrect, it does not ask for a user name. I have updated my password five times and I still can not log into the windy app and have my premium features available. This is crazy difficult and unintuitive.

I found the post to restore your account and this does not work as I can not login to my account on anything other than a browser pointed at windy.com on either my MacBook or iPad. I deleted the numerous saved passwords in my password manager and it is impossible for me to log into my account via the windy app.

If you use Windy.app with the blue logo, it is logical that it is not working, since Windy. app has nothing in common with us, except the name. We are completely different and separate companies.

Could you confirm that the app you are talking about is the app from windy.com with a red logo? Not an other app with the same name but with a blue logo ? They have nothing in common and do not use the same subscription.
