I loved Windy- I fish and used it to see the waves and wind. That is all I need. But I went from basic to premium and now it's so complicated that I don't even want it anymore. First off, they sent me a renewal notice. Okay- so I have many different things I pay for and when I got that notice I paid for the premium. Then I got a notice to download so I did. Then I got a notice that they double billed me and they said let fastpay or whoever know because you were not due till November. It was under 20 so I was going to just blow it off. But- I am now stuck with download and no premium and nothing but stuff I don't want on my page. They give you complicated directions about who to call to change everything. I like easy- I don't want to hop a bunch of silly hoops for anything. WTH- And this stinks-

@minnowpaws Hi there, I would like to summarize our system of Premium management to make this a bit clearer.
We use three services (Fastspring, Google Play and AppStore) for purchase management. Usage depends on the platform you use. Fastspring is for our web app, the rest is for our mobile apps.
Our Premium is, standardly, automatically assigned to your account, when you made the purchase as a logged in user. However, if the user is logged out and decided to purchase, then it is necessary to assign the Premium manually, article about it here, to users account.
