<![CDATA[Bug Report - incorrect time on the red time bar]]>I've noticed this for several days now, and I think it's only limited to 'Wednesdays'.

I've attached a screenshot. The UTC date in the URL is clearly listed as 12/29/2016 valid for 00z, but the time bar is reading 12am Wednesday.

My work computer is set to UTC time, so 12am should be 00z. This works correctly for other days of the week, but I only seem to notice it on Wednesdays. It goes from Wednesday 9pm to Wednesday 12am, then Tuesday 3am. This is using both GFS and ECMWF. ![0_1482507681801_2016-12-23_15-26-41.png](Uploading 100%)
