Unable to access or manage my subscription information

Greetings,
I keep getting redirected to unavailable emails to fastspring, therefore no answer or help in managing my subscription.
I went thru all avenues, using their recommended pages and methods.
I cannot fill out a form under the help page, which requires information such as Order #, therefore I have not recieved help.
There has been no email reply on the windy page thru fastspring manage my account page. I cannot change my account subscription? What help can I get without more redirects? Thank you! -
