      Hello. I’m getting a black screen showing isolines only. What I have been doing is zooming out then the normal screen comes back, I think that’s not how it works. Please help.

        I have had similar issues with the black screen on iOS for quite some time. I have iOS 17.5.1 and the most current version of the Windy iOS app installed. Please fix this, it's unacceptable.

          @Millie-Tavarez-3 @sfyanksfan1 Can you please provide more info about your version of Windy and iOS? Also which layer in Windy does have this issue? Is it permanent? Can you provide a screenshot?

            @Suty Windy Version42.020275, iOS 17.51. This is noticed on startup, in particular with the temperature layer. As stated previously by users in other posts about this issue, zooming in will temporarily resolve the issue. Please check other user posts for the "black screen" issue.

                  @sfyanksfan1 Unfortunately, those errors are not relevant to this issue and we are still not able to replicate these. However, I will monitor it on multiple devices.

                    I have black screen many times in last couple of weeks. Cannot figure out what makes it happen or how to make it go back to normal.

                      I have the same problem with a black screen. Furthermore the ladyers do not show. I can only see square figures an lines.

                          I am having the same issue on my iPhone. It started a few weeks ago, and I thought it was a glitch on that day, but it is ongoing. I tried deleting the app and reinstalling it, but no luck. I am a premium member with no issues pulling everything up on my laptop but not my iPhone.

                            Hi i encounter this issue as well ios 18.3 and the most updated version of windy.

                            What is surprising that it disnt happen with the free version only after i paid.

                            Hasnt this issue been resolved already? A year has passed since this thread opened

                              @choopi We are not able to replicate this issue and It is possible that is related to only some regions in the World. Could you please provide more info about your issue? Where are you from, do you use any VPN or security tool in your device? Any special settings?
