Wind vectors and altitude

Wondering if wind vectors in respect to radar tower with altitude select will be a thing? Also could you change the altitude back to a permanent bar with scroll wheel selectable? Also is altitude is it in reference to AGL or ASL? Cause when selecting winds and temp, the graphical representation is differing from reported. Also if those will have 3d/altitude visuals?
