Apple Watch displaying temp in celcius

While my phone is in Fahrenheit. It says it should automatically update to the phone app. What can I do to fix this?

@Mr-Miller Hi, do you have turned iCloud synchronization on in Windy for Apple Watch? You can check it in settings.

@Mr-Miller Okay, can you please try to update the temperature to Celsius on your phone, then open the app on your Watch, try to turn off the iCloud sync, then back to Fahrenheit in phone and turn the sync on?
