My Windy do not show any data ?

I can only see some grid on the app there is no weather information?

Hi. Please, try to restart your browser. Today we had some problem with SSL certificates.

If Windy isn’t showing any data, first check your internet connection. Make sure the app or website is updated to the latest version. If it still doesn’t work, try clearing the app cache or refreshing the page.

I have just updated my windy app as a premium user and it now says for all areas data is not available. Please help.

@morganslife HI, can you please provide more info about the issue? Do you use any VPN tool? From which region are you? Is it problem only in Radar, satellite, Radar+ and City heatmaps? Is the rest of layer okay? Could you please check the issue also in the web version in the browser?

Hi I have fixed by rebooting my phone and all working. Maybe worth mentioning when advising people to update the app.

@morganslife Okay, do you use any VPN tool (McAfee for example)?

I have same issue. Vpn off. Updated app. Premium subscriber. No wind showing at all. Square grid with "no data" visible. I still get radar, satellite, and weather radar. No iso lines though.

I have the same issue. Vpn off. Updated app. Premium subscriber. No wind or Waves info showing at all - message for Wind, Waves: Data not available for this location. Problem started after annual renewal of the app (5 August 2024)
