Windy Premium Subscription

I renewed my subscription through PayPal and it shows that my subscription is cancelled or not renewed. I have sent in my renewal account number from my receipt.

I paid a subscription today, 19€. On my computer it says thanks for using Premium. But on m,y phone it still says "Get Premium" in my profile. I have closed and reopened and logged in again.
And for a 10 days prognose, it says "get premium".
The payment is taken from my bank account....

You need to log in on your phone with the same account credentials as on your computer.
Did you assign your Premium subscription to your account ? You should have the Premium banner next to your username here in the forum.
